OFFICE MANAGER
We are currently in need of an office manager/hospitality manager. This role is a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain experience in office operations, event planning, hospitality, and developing an office culture.

Responsibilities:
Office Support & Customer Service
Uphold a positive and productive culture in the office
Provide customer service for employees, visitors, and clients by answering questions, and assisting with requests.
Introducing new hires to office offerings, programs, and office layout.
Manage and maintain a safe office environment.
Oversee general office communications and announcements
Coordinate, assign, and review the work of hotel, motel, and other accommodation services clerks, casino workers, reservation clerks, and other travel and accommodations workers not elsewhere classified
Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities with other work units or departments
Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports
Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
Requisition of supplies and materials
Ensure smooth operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work
Event Planning/Budgeting
Plan and execute in-office events, as well as occasional off-site events.
Maintain the office events calendar.
Manage, update, and forecast monthly and yearly office budgets.
Oversee all of the office supply ordering and supply requests.
Hospitality
Book flights, hotels, and car rentals for our out-of-town clients
Be the liaison between the airlines, hotels, and car rental companies and our clients
Plan a tourism tour for clients
Qualifications:
5+ years experience in a role managing office operations
SPF specialist
People Management experience
Event management experience
Exceptional computer skills
Customer service skills, including approachability, understanding, and empathy
Strong problem-solving skills
Prior experience with managing and forecasting both monthly and annual budgets.
Ability to work under pressure, be organized, and able to multitask
